Integrated strategy of quality insurance system with information technology process in universities

This research aims to determine the integrated strategy of quality Insurance system with universities' information technology based on Indonesia Law and condition which was conducted in the following stages: business goals identification, IT goals identification, IT process identification, framework alignment, evaluation of capability level, gap analysis, alignment of national universities standard and framework as well as the setting of IT governance model. The result of the research showed that integrated strategy of quality Insurance system with information technology in universities could be done by synchronizing the goals of the Universities using Process Preference Model CobiT 5 and adjusted to the principles of IT governance based on the framework of ISO/IEC 38500. These condition might not be applicable in other countries.
