Efficient solution of electromagnetic scattering from 3D planar conductor with large electrical size

In this paper, the fast Fourier transform-fast multipole method (FFT-FMM) is used to solve 3D vector electromagnetic scattering from a planar conductor with large electrical size. It expedites greatly the computation of the translation term in FMM and needs much less CPU time to attain the required accurate results than FMM. An approximate iterative technique is also used to attain faster convergence.
