Hierarchical computing: A high performance computing architecture for data-processing in IoT era

In the Internet of Thing era, there are so many data comes from sensors, terminals, and various business links. The computing can be described as ubiquitous, make full use of all kinds of computing resources, a new hierarchical computing architecture is proposed in this paper, which divides the cloud & client computing environment into three layers according to the function and position of the computing node. This paper studied the conception, framework, and the hierarchical computing routing protocol of the hierarchical computing. Practice proves that the hierarchical computing architecture can achieve more efficient resource sharing and collaboration goals.
