Adaptive controller decomposition bumpless transfer for switching control

Bumpless transfer allows smooth switch between two different controllers. An innovative approach for bumpless transfer is put forward in this paper. It is a data-driven scheme that can enhance the transient performance of swithed system. Controller state initialization method is used to minimize the performance of the closed-loop switching system outputs. In this paper, the bumpless transfer of the switching controller under the tracking control is simulated and verified.
