Temperature and frequency characteristics of nanofilms containing FeCoZr metallic alloy nanoparticles embedded into PbZrTiO3 ferroelectric matrix

The main aim of the paper is to investigate the AC electrical propeties of the ferromagnetic alloy-ferroelectric ceramics nanocomposite with the structure of (FeCoZr)
_x
(PbZrTiO
₃
)
_(100-x)
with x = 64.4 at.%. The material was produced by using ion-beam sputtering with mixed argon and oxygen atmosphere. The frequency dependences of electrical parameters were determined for the frequencies of 50 Hz-1 MHz and measuring temperatures of 10 K-375 K. The mechanism of charge exchange in the nanocomposite was defined as hopping. The samples annealing in air in temperature of 523 K was used. The conductivity of the annealed sample demonstrates strong frequency dependence. Such kind of materials can be used in microelectronics and replace the conventional RLC elements.
