Quantizing of the surface polaritons spectrum in the type-II superlattice

The paper deals with the theoretical investigation of the surface polaritons (SP) in the type-II superlattice (SL), placed in a constant external quantizing magnetic field. The spectra of SP over a wide range of frequencies and wavenumbers are presented in the paper.
