Status of problem of creating metrological complexes for photonics purposes

The paper deals with the creation of a universal metrological complex meant for the calibration of various photometric and radiometric equipment as well as distant and collimated optical radiation sources within the range of 0.25-1.25 micron. The main lines of the research are the extension of the range of registerable radiation intensities, primarily in the area of weak radiations, automation of measurements, as well as creation of a reconfigurable complex architecture and an optical scheme which allow one to carry out many various studies both in the sphere of space instrument engineering and biophotonics, water, air quality and toxic substances control in food and pharmaceutical products. The authors present analytical dependencies used for the calibration of collimated and distant radiation sources based on the comparison method.
