Impact of Aperture Coherence on DOA Estimation in Passive Synthetic Array

A passive synthetic array (PSA) using a single moving sensor is formed to estimate direction of arrival (DOA). And co-prime array is used to form a virtual L-array. The impact of the passive synthetic aperture on the DOA estimation under different conditions is simulated and analyzed.
