The way of prominent deformation field generation in piezoceramics under the lamb wave motion

In this paper we propose a way to generate an elastic field using the strong Lamb wave motion in so-called Euler microstructures. Based on the mathematical Bless model, we calculate the elastic responses of piezoactive structure. The nature of the structure deformation of long, narrow and thin microstructures under the Lamb wave motion at different frequencies is revealed. The frequency and length dependencies of effective parameters are carefully analyzed. We show that the conventional piezoceramic under the Lamb wave motion can produce the intense elastic fields and deformations.
