Application of information technologies in the problem of optimal distribution of loads on TPP with complex generating equipment

The article describes the basic methodological approaches for the application of modern information technology in the task of optimum distribution of heat and electrical loads the thermal power plants (TPP) with complex equipment in various stages of station output to the market of electricity and power. Discusses the main criteria of optimization algorithms and methods of their implementation. Special attention is paid to the problem of building energy characteristics, the description of the algorithm of digitization of regulatory characteristics, the method of amending the fuel characteristics of the units to account for their current state. Given a number of methods and algorithms of optimal prices when the station output to the market of electricity and power. The possibility of simplifying this task by partitioning of plant equipment into groups in the form of equivalent units is divided by the group supply points (GSP) of electricity and thermal branches, the heat supply to external consumers.
