Methods and algorithms of decision making support in the process of experts' qualification evaluation for the completion of centers of professional certification

Importance of experts' evaluation while assessment center completing and approach of decision making process based on methods of fuzzy logic theory in the process of experts' evaluation, in order to fulfill the law “About independent qualification assessment” are presented in the article. Requirement to the experts are considered. Problem solving methods such as fuzzy sets theory and tools based on this method are offered to consideration. Metaprograms as psychological characteristics are proposed as a basis of a computer program analysis.
