ELF radio emission associated with strong M6.0 earthquake

This article presents the results of observation of Extremely Low Frequency (ELF, 300-3000 Hz) electromagnetic radiation related to seismic activity in the period before and after strong M6.0 earthquake. Proper ELF radiation of the system of tectonic faults may indicate the state of activity and help to understand and interpret the data of ionosphere sounding by radio wave propagation study other technique. ELF and ionosphere sounding methods should complement each other in studies of radio precursors of earthquakes.
