Heterojunction photodetector of IR-radiation

The decision of a problem of the radiation in distant (~ 10 microns) IR-area spectrum registration by means of photodetector (PhD) executed on a basis of anisotype heterojunction is offered. The PhD power and concentration models are developed. The photocurrent formation mechanism in a subject to dynamics of heterojunction layers resistance at radiation absorption is described.
