Pilgrimage organizers monitoring system to improve Umrah services (case study: Sub directorate of Umrah development of the ministry of religious affairs of the Republic of Indonesia)

Along with the increase in the number of people performing umrah, who wanted to go to the holy land, there is problems that arise in the implementation of umrah, there were at least 53 cases from November 2014 until May 2015, which are Umrah stranded, failed to go umrah and the affected of fraud (Ministry of Religious Affairs, 2015). The problems caused by the company, a foundation or group unlicensed as Organizers of Umrah Worship Traveling (Organizer of Umrah Worship Trip/PPIU) which dispatched umrah and people who do not know of PPIU which have a license. This research is done for analysis to design information system that can be used to manage the Implementation of worship Umrah so that can help Sub directorate of Umrah Development to perform the process of licensing, accreditation and supervision of Organizer of Worship Umrah Traveling (PPIU). so that the public can obtain information on PPIU with license.
