Quantum optics picture of surface enhanced Raman scattering in lossy plasmonic systems

Using an open-system quantum optics approach of a vibrating molecule coupled to a photonic reservoir, we present a new analytical solution to SERS in arbitrary environments. We exemplify the technique using several nanoplasmonic resonator systems.
