Vibration dampers simulation tests on experimental setup

The article presents an approach to the design of synchronous machines with permanent magnets on the rotor (variable pole). This approach involves initial determination of the rotor diameter at the permissible circumferential speed on the outer surface. Further, it determines the size of the rest of the main machines on the basis of electromagnetic loads, and other relations are adopted in the design of the stator ac machines. The magnets length is defined in the magnetization direction to ensure the stability of the rotor magnet to demagnetizing action of short-circuit surge current. Fastening thickness of the rotor shell is determined by the material strength condition. There is also an algorithm of the designed machine check calculation obtained through determining its angular curves by the grid methods.
