Effectiveness of investigated photovoltaic system

The paper includes the examination of the effectiveness of investigated photovoltaic system installed on the roof of one building of Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. The evaluated efficiency was done based on historical data measurements. Accordingly, measurement results were analyzed depending on the type of used PV modules, weather conditions and electrical parameters of the system. The aim of the investigated PV system installed at the end of 2011 is to acquire practical knowledge about the production of electricity from residential photovoltaic power plants.
