The mathematical model is based on modeling the emergence and development of dynamic processes of cascade nature for an example EG showing the predetermination of emergency process when creating certain conditions inhomogeneous distribution of operating and grid parameters EG. The simulation results show the possibility of creating a set of grid and operational parameters EG, where within the relevant criterion arises spontaneously evolving cascade process, which goes depending on the inhomogeneous of the EG to unacceptable or acceptable modes. The regions EG modes are in step X criterion N-X, from the region of buckling.
