SAR computation for multiple close stations under modified Hata-Okumura models

The aim of the paper is to draw the attention to the intricacies and uncertainties of determining the level of electromagnetic radiation people are submitted to in urban areas where several competing telecommunications providers install numerous radio transmitters. The paper analyzes in detail an example and, based on it, proposes methods for computing with reasonable confidence the interval for the SAR levels. For this purpose, we present results obtained under a modified Hata-Okumura model.
