A new algorithm for radar target identification using a GPU-accelerated ACGF-SEM technique

We develop a new inverse scattering algorithm suitable for radar applications, especially target identification. The algorithm is a machine learning technique where the echo received from a target or antenna is analyzed into a set of characteristic singularities that can reveal important information about the target. The algorithm is suitable for implementation on scalable GPU platforms.
