Issues of applying fuzzy situational models of decision making for identifying ecological risks

There are considered formalized approaches and ways of applying fuzzy situational models of decision making for identifying ecological risks (ERs) under fuzzy conditions. There's presented a mathematical model of the problem of ER identification, that includes a set of reference risk situations (RSs), a set of expert estimates on the analysis of the current RS, the procedure of the direct enumeration of reference RSs, the value of a certainty threshold of comparing the reference and current RS, the preference structure of ER experts, a set of the ways of identifying ERs under fuzzy conditions. There's carried out a theoretical analysis of the problem domain of identifying ERs that includes a fuzzy situation paradigm as a way of formalizing the state of an object from the perspective of the risk. There're considered paradigms of the fuzzy inclusion of risk situations and the fuzzy equality of ecological risk situations as the independent ways of determining the match of the region's risk situation to the reference risk situations requiring a corresponding response according to the scheme “situation - action”. The solution of the problem of identification is set forth from the perspective of the theoretical justification of the formalized ways necessary for the practical implementation of the system of the fuzzy situation management of ecological risks as well as in the light of reducing the working time of the procedure of RS enumeration.
