Concept of service for search, indexing, cataloging and distribution of aerospace images

The present paper has suggested a concept of service for search, indexing, cataloging and distribution of aerospace images on the basis of geo-information approach, cluster and spectral analysis. It has considered information and algorithmic support of the system. Functional arrangement of the service and structure of the geographical data base on the basis of technology of the geographical online portal have been developed. Possible sources of information for filling of the geographical data base have been considered. The paper has researched a possibility to remove information redundancy under processing of images in order to increase an image indexing rate and to reduce time of access to them. The element recognition algorithm has been developed on the basis of fuzzy clustering of color images for expansion of possibilities to search images in the geographical data base. The technology for adding by particular users and companies of images taken by means of professional and amateur devices and also processed by various software tools to the array system has been suggested.
