Multiple factor critera of controlling the network structure of radio monitoring in partial uncertainty conditions

The article examines the process of selecting the structure and composition of a distributed network comprising varied radio systems that serve a common functional goal. To find the solution to this problem we offer the criteria for choosing the structure, composition, and spatial topology, that allow to solve specific problems of justification and to take into consideration the total expenditure. The criteria that were developed on the basis of the suggested method, can be used at the stages of developing the systems of decision support, responsible for organizing the radio-engineering monitoring of the territories under control.
