Means of neural network for the anthropogenic environment analysis

The article offers a technology of usage of the tree- dimensional ground-based, air-based and remote sounding of the Earth surface based on cyber-physical systems, cloud computing and supercomputers according to the tasks of monitoring of the anthropogenic emergency situations. The article is devoted to the informational, operational and algorithmic support of the cyber physical system as exemplified by fire monitoring on the critical infrastructure, and describes the user interface for anthropogenic emergency situation monitoring. The article summarizes on hierarchical intelligent telecommunication structures of the cyber physical system components on the base of MB 7707 neuroprocessor and modern NM 6407 for reducing the risks connected with decision making by means of specialized data processing in the conditions of uncertainty with the usage of fuzzy sets.
