Implementation of multiple input and multiple output boost converter for electric vehicle charging system

Limited reservoirs of conventional sources have directed the world for research in non-conventional energy sources. Automobiles is one of the major consumer sector of available conventional energy resources. Due to limited supply and large energy demand, this sector leads to the penetration of hybrid electric vehicle and electric vehicle in automobile engineering. Electric vehicle has the distinguished large charging system. This paper highlights on multi-input and multi-output boost converter which enhances charging system performance of electric vehicle with solar and grid connected sources. This power circuit is reliable interface between different energy forms and battery charging system. Multiple input and output has made the converter more versatile.
