Channel crosstalk model for fully-polarimetric SAR compressive sensing

This paper proposes a new compressive sensing (CS) scheme for polarimetric synthetic aperture radar. We define a multi-channel signal model that includes channel crosstalk. Although channel contamination from crosstalk is usually undesirable, we propose that crosstalk can be designed to provide advantageous channel mixing that enables CS for polarimetric radar. The proposed framework enables fully-polarimetric imaging from a subset of channel measurements.
