A methodology for integrated transformer compact modeling

A methodology is presented for compact modeling synthesis of integrated transformers. The synthesis procedure is based on a specific constrained optimization procedure to evaluate the elements of the compact model. The proposed methodology is independent of technology parameters or the geometrical characteristics of the inductor.
