Problems of testing of a highly specialized software

In this work the problems that arise when testing developed highly specialized software are considered. They were developed by students and teachers of different universities. The analysis, based on the example of TERMET, expediency of automated testing in developed educational or research systems, was performed. This system is used for manufacturing individual MEMS technologies.
