In this paper, based on the actuality of our Country, a novel tax-control network invoice machine management platform (TNIMMP) is presented, it utilizes the technology of computer and network communication, enables tax authorities collect and administrate taxation details effectively, and assists taxpayers accomplish critical taxation processes without going to the tax bureau. The TNIMMP system reached the goal of remote controlling and administrating the network invoice machines. This paper describes the Client/Server architecture of the TNIMMP system, which based on a cluster of servers. The function design of our TNIMMP system is focused on invoice application and time-limited invoice submit. And a detailed analysis of characteristics of the TNIMMP system was illustrated, compared with current taxation systems, the TNIMMP system can be used to monitor and administrate the invoice, and curb the invoice criminals. And it helps realize “controlling taxation by invoices” to “controlling taxation by information”. And extraordinary attention to the high-reliability and high-performance of our TNIMMP system are given, so as to address the problem of stable operation and high-concurrency access.
