Mathematical model of thermal conductivity for piecewise homogeneous elements of electronic systems

In this paper the boundary value problem for the thermal conductivity of an isotropic piecewise homogeneous plate with a through foreign inclusions, heated heat flow, focused on one of its boundary surfaces is considered. Thermal conductivity of the entire system as a whole is described by means of asymmetric single function. The result is a heat equation with discontinuous and singular coefficients for the given design. After a piecewise linear approximation of the temperature on the surface layers of the plate and side turn applied the integral Fourier transform, resulting in built numerically-analytical solution to the original problem. Calculate and analyze the temperature field in the structure “plate-inclusion” (plate material - ceramics VK94-I, inclusion of material - silver).
