Optimum control problem of the hybrid welding process

There is a common problem of the mode determination of the concentrated source at welding and correlated processes. The problem of welding mode determination is an inverse problem. Welding mode determined by solution of this problem is a cause of the welding process and this cause must be expressed in dependence on the required properties of welding joint and temperature distribution, which are an effect of welding process. We will obtain the problem solution by minimizing the function, which determines a quadratic deviation of the actual temperature distribution from the preset. The modeling results confirming efficiency of the developed method are represented.
