Evaluation of the actual effectiveness of energy-saving devices based on artificial intelligence

Paper focuses on developing an approach for assessing the effectiveness of energy-saving devices based on the fuzzy-neural networks and nonparametric methods of mathematical statistics. The concept of the approach includes a preliminary analysis of the implemented object, processing primary source data, development of a mathematical model for power consumption, comparison of samples of actual and simulated energy consumptions and conclusion about the presence or absence of the effect of the introduction. The mathematical model is constructed used the fuzzy neural networks. The results of assessing the effectiveness of implementation of the voltage stabilizers in the Levoberezhnaya electrical signal box of the West-Siberian railway are adduced.
