Innovation models of Russian and South Korean high tech companies

In recent years, there is a noticeable rapid development of high-technologies. High tech companies show the high level of innovation performance, using advanced management models, implementing the up-to-date technologies each of technological and managerial. The comparative analysis of high tech industry in Russia and South Korea is based on the evaluation of the high technology development level, interpretation of the reasons of those positions, establishment of success criteria. As a result of criteria analysis the recommendations are made, based on the advantage/disadvantage concept.
