Researching the requirements from different user groups to Telecommunications Network

Paper is devoted to the research the requirements from different user groups to Telecommunications Network. Based on the proposed approach to creating a model of user requirements change to TN there has been developed expert system, the result of which is to solve the problem of forecasting, which is deciding on belonging to a particular class of network based on accumulated statistics Requirements for services, provided by the network at each moment of time, should be a mandatory element of input data regardless of the network design's goal. Therefore research of quality of users service by the network is given in the paper.
