Helicobacter pylori infection and associated stomach diseases: Comparative data mining approaches for diagnosis and prevention measures

Stomach based diseases are diagnosed in terms of various parameters which are gathered from the clinical data centres. The general factors that are considered as the symptoms are lack of appetite, an early feeling of fullness when eating, abdominal bloating, vomiting of undigested food, heart burn, nausea, weight loss, erratic blood glucose levels, spasms of the stomach wall, gastroesophageal reflux (mucosal damage formed by the unusual reflux in the esophagus or chromic symptoms) and so on. The primary tenacity of this study is to recapitulate the symptoms occurred in the course of stomach related problems through Helicobacter pylori bacteria and the pertinent diagnosis procedures using data mining techniques in order to afford proper treatment and prevention of disease measures.
