Current electrical field intensity and distribution of charged particle density flat discharge plazma in lateral magnetic field

This article examines calculated values of the electron temperature, the coefficient of volume ionization and parameters of motion variables of charged particles in a flat low-temperature plasma of inert gases. Obtained and analyzed chart of the current and the electric intensity and lateral distribution of concentration depend of the magnetic field. The article is shown that a lateral distribution of concentration becomes constant and independent of the magnetic field with increasing its value of the magnetic field.
