An optimized RWA method with services selection based on ACO in optical network

Focusing on the RWA problem in optical transmission network, we proposed an optimization algorithm with a requests selection rule based on Ant Colony Algorithm framework. The way of choosing a request from demand space was introduced, which would improve algorithm optimization ability. This method could reduce network traffic congestion effectively. At last, we simulated it on a province electric power communication network.
