A Dual Threshold Secret Sharing Scheme among Weighted Participants of Special Right

Secret sharing plays an important role in network security. The paper takes advantage of weights threshold and participants' amount threshold of each special rights subset, puts forward the idea of dual Threshold and designs a dual Threshold sharing scheme which based on Lagrange interpolation, Chinese remainder theorem and ElGaml cryptosystem. The scheme can effectively eliminates the problem of excessive weights of the participants to collusion attack and cheating among participants. Finally, the security and performance of the scheme were analyzed.
