Ferromagnetic resonance properties of arrays of magnetic nanowires

The dynamic properties of ferromagnetic nanowire arrays are of considerable interest for both fundamental and applied research. They have attracted considerable attention as potential materials for microwave applications (variable attenuators, phase shifters, modulators, stop-band filters and power absorbing terminals) [1]. They can be produced through the electrodeposition of nanowires into nanoporous templates. The possibility of fabricating uniform ferromagnetic nanowire arrays of controlled length, diameter and inter wire distance has motivated a large number of studies.
