Spatial distribution of ligtning discharges density on Western Siberia

The estimation of lightning discharge density's average value distribution was done on West Siberian territory based on the results of satellite surveillance of lightning. The correction method, worked out on the basis of comparison of satellite and ground observations of lightning discharge on the territory of Germany were used for this. The results of comparison with the map of thunderstorm activity, composed by other method are given.
