Implementation of visible light communication (VLC) for vehicles

In this paper, a system is designed especially to communicate between vehicles at night time. This system providing a security for the driver by giving him the luxury of communicating with other vehicles without getting out of his vehicle and another important feature of this system is that for the communication purpose no service provider is needed. In this system visible light is used for communication, which does not require any service provider for communication. LED's are used in this system whose switching frequency is high and for its longer life.
