Retracted: Drug Residue Detection System for Infusion Based on Machine Vision

The visible foreign body detection technology in based on liquid medicine is studied in this paper, and an efficient and reliable detecting system is designed to make online and real-time detection for liquor product quality. When the sequential images are acquisited by vision system, we use developed image processing algorithm to detect the targets, and make automatic sorting. The key technology is tracing and recognizing of the target image in liquid. CCD device collects the image to make adaptive differential filter. Then three-order difference method is adopted to detect the visible foreign matter in infusion bottle. The data is modeled and simulated to get the analyzed results. The experiments results show that the detecting method has the advantage in high accuracy simple operation, strong speciality and high reproducibility, which can be extended to other areas of drug residue testing.
