Network topologies for achieving maximal all-terminal network availability

Modern society dependents a lot on telecommunication networks. The growing importance of telecommunication services in everyday life requests design of networks with high availability. One approach to solving this problem is by using process of network synthesis. Since the network availability depends on many different parameters, this is process of multi criteria optimization. This paper presents results in design complex networks with request to achieve maximal all-terminal network availability.
