Customized charging option for business customers

In this paper we point out the possibility of establishing a flexible charging of phone services towards the needs of business customers. This research describes the specific case of two business customers who are ready to change their charging options with aim to achieve savings. Also, it presents comparative analysis of the costs generated with the current and a new charging option. Cost analysis is not as important as it is important to emphasize the existence of mechanisms for adapting rigid system of charges.
