Implementation of Zebedee 3D laser scanner sensor for preparation of Strata title plan

Strata Title Survey is a method of measurement in Cadastral Surveying. This measurement involve with buildings which has more than four floors such as industrial building, hotel and residential. The importance of Strata Title Survey is to make sure each parcel have its own lot and any maintenance and development are under control with the support of Strata Plan. The purpose of this study is to determine the measurement type of class by comparing the two types of measurement instruments ranging ZEB1 and Leica Distometer and form it into 3D data model. Regarding to the old method of gathering strata data, this study intention to improve the way of obtaining data with full of accuracy and time saves. Both of these tools have difference characteristics and advantages.
