Biomimicing the Excitatory and InhibitorySynapse

Thisresearch paper describes the biologicalneurons behavior and tries to mimic it using carbon nano-tube field effect transistor. It describes and simulates the response of neuron parts Excitatory and Inhibitory synapse and generate their different patterns by changing control inputs of circuit. Response of synapse is added to mimic dendritic computation of neuron. Finally, use of carbon nano-tube field effect transistor for implementing the neuron and large network of neuron is advocated.
