Modelling of context Information for disaster emergency system application: Flood

In a heterogeneous dynamic environment, such as disasters, the continuous adaptation is a perfect solution to offer the adequate services to clients. This Concept is a key to process varying requirement of different users. This is why; we must model the user's context information and structure the services according to the user profile. In this paper, we propose a representation formats of user context information and we present how the system organizes the services for each context. This organization will be presented by a new approach called Decisions Network which will serve the design and construction of the adaptive system core of decision-making. Based on this approach for adaptation and interactive system, we apply our new approach to a real case study to simulate the treatments of system in flood. This work has two objectives: on the one hand, to present the structuration of user's context information by using the XML representation. On the other hand, to present how the Decisions Network organizes the services to offer its to profile user.
