100 GHz fiber-fed optical-to-radio converter

We demonstrate 100-GHz optical-to-radio converter without electric power supplies by combination of a newly developed bias-free-operational UTC-PD and an integrated bias-tee for effective regeneration of the supplied power to a 100-GHz amplifier.
