Dual-ring-assisted MZI silicon modulator for enhanced intensity modulation

We propose a high-speed dual-ring-assisted Mach-Zehnder interferometer silicon modulator. The phase shift between the interferometer arms is controlled by two overcoupled ring resonators with a push-pull signal, leading to an enhanced intensity modulation.
