Development of servo valve nozzle ultrasonic auxiliary press-fit system

Ultrasonic vibration has good prospects in precision assembly. In recently, the press-fitting of nozzle in the servo valve still needs manual operation. There are many disadvantages such as low success rate, low efficiency, big workload and so on needed to be removed urgently. So we design the ultrasound-assisted press-fit system for that and analyze the system performance. Through theoretical analysis and ultrasonic vibration experiments, auxiliary press-fit system with ultrasonic device has been made. We obtain a lot of data using the facility. We find that ultrasonic vibration with rational parameters can improve the effect of press-fit largely.
